Voicemail

Accessing Your Voicemail

To access your voicemail, you can do any of the following:

  • Go online and visit the Novus' Online Call Management Centre. For details, please refer to the Online Call Management Centre section.
  • Using your Novus Digital Phone:
    1. Dial "*40."
    2. Enter your voicemail password.
  • From any other phone:
    1. Dial your home phone number.
    2. Once you hear your voicemail greeting, press "*".
    3. Enter your voicemail password when you hear the prompt.
