Online Call Management Centre

You can view or manage the following items from Novus' Call Management Centre online:

  • CALL LOG - Check call history. i.e. phone numbers,times,duration,and cost
  • VOICEMAIL - Check your voicemail online
  • CALL PREFERENCES - Change settings for Call Forwarding, Voicemail,and Call Blocking online
  • PROFILE & SERVICES - View and/or update your profile and services

Upon activation of your Novus Digital Phone Service, a Novus Digital Phone Account Notification email was sent to your personal email account. This email contains your:

  • Digital Phone Number
  • Username
  • Password
  • Link to the Novus Online Call Management Centre

Click on the link provided in the email, or visit Call Management Centre.
Enter your username and password provided in the email to login.

Note: If you do not have your username or password, please contact Customer Service.

CALL LOG

View detailed call records online such as missed, outgoing, and incoming calls. Each call record includes a phone number, time, duration, and charge, which can be sorted alphanumerically. Figure 1

VOICEMAIL

Store up to 50 three minute voicemail messages.
To hear a voicemail message:
  1. Select download for the voicemail message you would like to hear.
  2. Play the wav audio file which is then downloaded and can be played using audio software of your choice, such as Windows Media Player, iTunes, etc.
To delete a voicemail message:
  1. Click on the selection box located to the far right of the voicemail message that you wish to delete.
  2. Click on Delete Selected.

CALL PREFERENCES

The Call Preference tab allows you to set your preferences for the following features:
  • Call Forwarding - choose a call forwarding option between the "unconditional", "busy/unavailable", and "no answer" scenarios. If you choose to forward calls to a phone number, type in the alternate number in the text box to the right of the call forward scenario you select.
  • Voicemail Notification - get notified through email that you have a voicemail message. You can also select to have the voicemail message sent to you via email.
  • Voicemail Password - change your voicemail password.
  • Call Blocking - add or remove a phone number to block for incoming call and select how call will be blocked.

PROFILE & SERVICES

  • The Profile & Services tab is located at the top right of the screen.
  • You can view and change the following information on your profile:
    • Account Address
    • Email Settings
    • Subscribed Services
    • Billing Summaries
  • Note: the address field is also the address used for 911 services and should reflect where you and your phone device are located.
