Manage your Internet Traffic Usage

In order to ensure the delivery of consistent and high quality service, the Novus Internet Service has a limit on your monthly traffic usage. You can check how much traffic you have used and the history of your usage from the Online Account Management page.

  1. To login to the Online Account Management page, go to http://www.mynovus.ca.
    You will need to enter your phone number and PIN to login.
  2. From the left menu, click on "View Usage History".

  3. It will display your current month's usage for both Upload and Download. If you are approaching or have exceeded your monthly limit and wish to purchase additional usage, please click the "Add 10GB" button. You will be charged $5 for every 10GB added to your account.Figure 2
  4. You can also view historical usage for the past two month. To view historycal usage, go to "VIEW HISTORICAL USAGE" on the the left menu.
    Figure 1 Note: Historical usage graph will be updated daily. Current day's usage will not be displayed in the graph.
    Note: Monthly historical usage change over occurs on the second day of the month. On the first day of the month, "Current Month" usage will still display previous month usage.
