Accessing Your Email From a Remote Location

  • To access your mailbox remotely (outside of the Novus network), you can use Novus Webmail service at http://webmail.novusnow.ca
  • To login, type your username and password for your novus email.

NOTE : Any messages downloaded to your computer using email software will not be able to be viewed using Novus Webmail, unless a copy of the message is stored on the server. To leave a copy of the message on the server, please change your email software settings.
