Register your computer for Novus Internet Service

The Novus Network requires that you register your MAC Address with our system in order to connect to the Internet. If you have not set up your computer's network setting, please refer to "Setup your computer" section.

  • Note: If you are trying to register a system without a web browser (such as a digital phone device or a gaming console), please refer to the "Novus MAC Address Management Page" section.
  1. When you first open your web browser, you will be redirected to the "Novus Online Registration Page". Press the "Go to Online Registration System" button to register your system.

  2. You will be prompted to enter your username and password. This will be your primary account username and password provided to you on the inside front cover of the Novus Internet User Guide.
  3. Once you have entered your username and password, you will be redirected to the "Novus Authentication Page".
  4. Click on the "Authenticate Me" button. Upon successful registration, you will be redirected to the Novus Homepage. Your system is now ready for Internet access.
